Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our shop! All our cards are hand packaged and shipped with love. Due to the personalized nature of our cards, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns. While all orders are shipped with protective packaging, if an order gets damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged goods. Replacement items will be shipped out within 7 days.
